Manchester United Completes First Summer Transfer, Official Announcement Made



After completing the appointment of Dutch and Ajax manager Eric Ten Hag as the permanent replacement for the club legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who was sacked in the middle of the season after a continued poor performance, the red devils are working forward to complete several transfers this summer ahead of the new season preparations. 

With several names like Frankie De Jong of Barcelona, Declan Rice of West Ham, Reuben Neves of Wolves, Christoper Nkunku of RB Leipzig, Raphinha of Leeds United, Paul Torres of Villarreal, Jurrien Timber and Anthony of Ajax being linked with the club this season, several other are also expected to depart according to the latest reports. 

Working on the transfer outs, the club has therefore completed the summer transfer of Nemanja Matic to AS Roma on a free transfer. The Serbian International will join his former manager Jose Mourinho this next summer as he is expected to sign a one year deal with them. 

Spanish International Juan Mata, Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard will also exit Old Trafford this season.
