The two youngsters are formidable goal scorers and could bring in the needed goal instincts the two clubs need in order to continue at the top of the league.

However, despite their previous performances for their former clubs, it is difficult to predict which of the two youngsters will perform better come next season, given the intensity of the English Premier League.

It is expected that opponents' defenders will be ruthless in marking the two new comers when the new season begins.

And as such could struggle to replicate the form they had before coming into the league.

But a closer look at the capabilities of the two youngsters, one would notice that Darwin Nunez may have an edge over Erling Haaland in terms of utility.

Unlike Erling Haaland who plays as a traditional center-forward, the Uruguayan has the capabilities to deliver in three other positions other than the center-forward position.

He has been previously deployed as a second striker, left winger and right winger by his former clubs and as such should find it easier to adapt.

Apart from the center forward position which saw him score 51 goals and made 19 assists in 199 games, the Uruguayan has scored and made assists when deployed in other positions.

For instance, he scored 11 goals and made 2 assists in 9 games as a left-winger; scored 6 goals in 8 games as a second striker and made 1 assist in 3 games as a right-winger.

This could count as a plus for the newly signed Liverpool striker and could prove to be the factor that would determine his success in the most competitive league in the world.
