Announcement on way– fans told Chelsea ‘in direct’ talks to get striker deal done
There is reportedly “direct talks” taking place between Inter Milan and Chelsea in order to complete Romelu Lukaku’s loan move back to the San Siro.
Lukaku has been in the headlines alot over the past few weeks as it seems that he does not want to stay at Stamford Bridge – and instead wants to depart and re-join Inter Milan on a loan deal or a more permanent one
He has really struggled back in the Premier League and looks like a player that is not able to keep up with the pace and the quality of the Premier League – and Inter are very keen to take him back to Italian football
The Italians never wanted to let Lukaku depart the club – but were forced as Chelsea offered far too much money for the player – and far too much money on a weekly basis to the Star himself
Now – Fabrizio Romano has come out and claimed that Chelsea and Inter are in direct talks about a deal for Lukaku Romano tweeted: “Inter are now prepared to open direct talks with Chelsea to discuss about Romelu Lukaku and loan deal details.
“Lukaku has held discussions with Chelsea – but it’s now time for direct contact between clubs.
“Loan fee, salary and more will be discussed with Inter soon.”
It seems that Chelsea are looking to get Lukaku off the books before they try and sign an adequate replacement – but it is best for all parties that he leaves the club
He is not Premier League material and honestly – it was a massive mistake to bring him back last summer
But we are sure that this deal will be announced soon and then Chelsea can work on signing players that will make a real difference for next season
